Confirm :Ask buddy to confirm profile Your buddy needs to log on to http://www.careers.tcs.com (using the EPIR number and password mailed to your buddy)and confirm the profile. 3. Upload ; Ask buddy to fill Online Application form and upload resume Post confirmation of profile, your buddy needs to fill the application form and upload  resume. Note: The above 3 steps are mandatory. The buddy will need to mandatorily carry the EPIR number to enter the selection process through BYB scheme.

Referrer to Confirm Profile You need to log on to Ultimatix -> HR & Talent Management -> Recruitment -> GRS -> Referrer Home -> Confirm Social Buddy and confirm the profile created by your buddy within 7 days. In absence of confirmation within 7 days, your buddy's profile will be automatically deleted from the system.
