Value Design Creative Team The Value Design Core team is responsible for improving the overall quality of business proposals (RFPs) to achieve a greater win rate on sales. The Value Design Creative Team, an integral part of the Value Design Core team, comprises of business writers and graphic designers, and works to articulate key messages in the proposal through innovative design and content. The Creative team focuses on message articulation, content structure, and visualization. Key Objectives ·         Designing theme-based proposal templates and taglines ·         Articulating the win themes in the executive summary/rest of the proposal response ·         Ensuring consistency of messages in the proposal ·         Ensuring that the content is crisp and communicates what is important and necessary ·         Ensuring the right flow and structure of messages ·         Visualizing concepts for the proposed solution ·         Sanitizing submitted responses/artifacts and uploading them into the portal ·         Conducting knowledge sharing sessions What are they looking for?
