Quality assurance analyst

Key Requirements

Previous experience in a technology services or product organization
Strong analytical, excellent articulation and critical thinking skills
Determine appropriate solutions applicable for the client organization to meet /improve their business /operations requirement
Good understanding of SDLC or product development lifecycle
Ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity
Strong communication skills, must be able to build consensus and persuade / influence the actions of others
Previous client / stakeholders management skills preferred
Ability to take risks and confidence to sign up for stretch goals
Hunger to exceed above and beyond in all aspects constantly look for ways to make things better
Desired Skills
Onsite experience with US fortune 1000 clients (preferable)
3-5 years experience in sales pursuit / pre-sales role in a IT services or product organization focused on BFS segment
Exposure in IT strategy consulting using methodologies and frameworks, via a consulting firm or professional services organization.
Understanding of disruptive technologies (Social Mobile, Cloud, Analytics) and their impact on the clients business (preferable)
