Job Description: (Basis L2 & L3)

Provide support services for customer environments 1. Respond to cases logged by Service Desk and Automated Ticketing
2. Adhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updated
3. Compliance to customer change management policy and processes
4. Prepare customer incident reports

5. Prepare monthly customer reports

6. Assist with management of problems and escalations
Customer Service 1. Retain ownership of customer issues until resolved, escalated or accepted by another individual
2. Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner which keeps them informed and offers value on a daily basis

Minimum qualifications and experience 1. BE / MCA /MSc(IT) ,/ MBA(Systems) with at least 4-5 years of On job Experience. 2-3 years on Multiple SAP Products like R/3 , PI , BI , CRM is mandatory.
