Bangalore Tata Consultancy Services No 42, Think campus, Electronic City phase II Bangalore. | ONLY BSc/BCom/BA/BCA with 2 - 4 years experience | Provide Technical Support to Customers on 24 / 7 availability (Fluent in English) - International Call Taking experience.
Handle issues related to Customer Technical issues ranging from Simple PC Related problems to Application related issues.
Basic ticketing of all types of issues using appropriate CRM Toolset
Globally monitor, triage and escalate all system problems. Assist with other computer operations activities as required.
Provide support to remote users (using Remote Connectivity Tools)
(Working) Knowledge of Incident Management and Problem Management Tools.
Experience in:
- MS Exchange Messaging Outlook/Exchange/MS office common messaging tool
- Basic PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting(including print & scanning devices)
- Basic networking and Trouble shooting, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, Dial up knowledge
- Exposure to ITIL processes
- Supporting VPN users troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
- General installation and configuration of desktop and laptop systems
- Remote PC troubleshooting
- Mobile device support Blackberry/iPhone
- Anti Virus support
