Sound knowledge of all phases of SDLC and STLC, experience in build installation/deployment, SQL server and windows batch programming are required.   Job Description Manage HMS QA environment on a daily basis; Responsible for daily build installs, patch installs, hotfix installs; Restoration of customer DB's in QA environment for debugging and testing; Involved in testing install shield, upload utility; Responsible for creating build ISO file Individual should be self-directed, detail oriented, team oriented and be flexible in a very dynamic environment. Will need to learn product functionality and be able to assist with other QA activities (manual/automation testing) based on requirement.    Required Skills/Experience:  ·         3+ years of experience in product testing, development, research, deployment. ·         Windows batch programming o    Knowledge of writing/executing batch scripts in Windows o    Windows scheduler o    Basic know-how for ANT based scripting ·         SQL/Oracle server o    Well versed with SQL database backup/restore features o    Basic SQL/ORA querying ·         Unix shell scripting o    Knowledge about Unix commands o    Executing & modifying shell scripts ·         Other areas (preferable) o    FTP process o    ISO creation o    Install Shield ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as exemplified by intra- and inter-group communications regarding build installs/ upgrades/ patches/ hotfixes, escalation of build failures and other deployment/environment maintenance related communication.   Apply Now.
