· Experience in P2P process like Vendor Set Up, Invoice Processing (PO or Non PO), Query Resolutions, On Hold Analysis/Follow Ups, Payment Run and Vendor Reconciliations. · Relevant experience in Accounts Payable process in Finance / Accounting operations and migrations/project management with other BPO companies preferably IT organization experience. · Excellent Communication Skills, Presentation Skills and ability to work under global remote environment. · Excellent people management experience and leadership skills to manage teams. At least one year of direct people management experience at Team Lead level. · Willing to work in semi / full night shifts. · Ability to work under time bound deliverables and stretch targets during close days. |
