Shortlisted candidates shall be called for interviews.   Role : Senior Java Architect   Skill                    :  Java, J2EE Architecture Work Location    :  Bangalore / Mumbai Responsibilities  : §  Design an integrated Technical Architecture solution for the product / project.  §  Understand the Technical Architecture problems, challenges and complexities that exist within each stream or area of a Product/project and be able to manage the stream leads to arrive at an integrated technical solution that meets the business requirements. §  Promote co-operation, coach and facilitate co-ordination of all technical stream leaders to achieve the successful delivery. §  Identify, understand and quantify technical risk and advise the project / program manager on strategies to mitigate that risk. §  Ensures that all the agreed business functions to be satisfied by the project are implemented in the overall solution and are compatible with the projects technical architecture. §  Leverage and influence to develop/enhance the standards, policies/guidelines whilst driving adoption of standards.   Pre-Requisites  : §  Engineer / Graduate with 10 - 15 years of IT industry experience, with expertise in Java and J2EE technologies. §  Over 3 years of experience in the role of Technology Architect, with understanding of system / infrastructure architecture like Load balancer, WAF, JVMs etc.. §  Strong understanding of Software Architecture, Design, Development and Delivery of one or more software components. §  Strong hands on experience in Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Web logic/Web sphere, Profiling along with SOA / Static & Dynamic Code Analysis tools / ADF. §  Understanding of Retail / Corporate Banking is preferred. §  Certification like TOGAF or any similar certification is an advantage.   Role : Consulting Practice Manager   Skill                    :  Software Project Management Work Location    :  Bangalore / Mumbai Responsibilities  : §  Develop requirements, budgets, and schedules for the software development project. §  Facilitate requirements meetings, including the peer review sessions, and status meetings with clients and project team. §  Establish milestones, anticipates issues, and monitors adherence to project scope, requirements and design documents. §  Assume day-to-day responsibility to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget, and that all deliverables are of the highest quality. §  Maintain client relations and communications including status reporting and informal conversations.   Pre-Requisites  : §  Engineer / Post Graduate with 10 - 15 years in Software products / IT Consultancy. §  3+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity. Experience in Fixed Time Fixed Price software development projects with 15+ member team. §  Knowledge of all phases of software development cycle, ability to develop project plans, requirements documents, and project budgets. Familiarity with quality assurance practices. §   Experience in applying best practices in project management, including those used to initiate, plan, control, monitor and report upon all phases of project activity. §  Experience in Waterfall / Agile / Scrum development methodology. Experience in Java technologies.  §  Strong Retail / Corporate / Investment banking domain knowledge. §  Expert user of project management tools such as Microsoft Project / Primavera §  Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multi location teams. §  A proactive nature; driving delivery of projects forward in spite of hurdles and actively driving the schedule and coordinating across functions to ensure projects are delivered within scope and on time. §  Strong coaching and leadership skills. §  Project Management Certification such as PMI, PMP is an advantage.   Visit the i-Connect link on the intranet, to know about the employee referral policy and additional career openings.
