Job Description : - 


As part of SAP NetWeaver 24/7 support team, required to give support to all our projects. This includes Daily schedule activity and adhoc requests from all our SAP Support Centers. Candidate should be self motivated and self learner in all aspects.
To provide SAP technical Basis expertise to SAP Support Centre Customers.
1) To understand and implement project deliverables, communicating progress and other issues. To
     produce the assigned deliverables and to test them, ensuring that they meet customer requirements.
2) To liaise with the client, in order to understand requirements, and to ensure delivery within the SLA
3) To seek to upgrade their professional knowledge and skill, and to maintain awareness of   
     technological developments, procedures and standards.
4) To fulfill the administration functions of the position.
5) Liase with Data Centre infrastructure support teams (communications, Server Management) to ensure
    technical considerations do not compromise client system availability & performance.
6) Perform scheduled System Checks and Transport requests without any delay.

Mandatory Skill
  1) SAP Basis with PI (Process Integration)
