The job entails the following.
Experience: 7 - 17 years
Qualifications: Degree in Engineering / MCA or equivalent
Essential Responsibilities :
Work as part of a team and ensure prompt delivery of quality solutions.
Work together with IT Leadership to deliver SAP strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and priorities in Lighting business.
Understand and utilize SAP solutions, services, methodologies and tools.
System Landscape design on an application level.
Work closely with OS/DB teams to ensure optimum solutions are delivered.
Collaboration with functional partners, provide solutions enables growth and operational excellence targets.
Collaboration with other architects to ensure that the design has been fully considered for both application and infrastructure implications.
Responsible for continuous performance and quality improvements of the SAP system.
Responsible for building and maintaining strong SAP knowledge across the organization.
Lead related projects if requested.
Excellent communication skills, strong command of the English language and ability to communicate on all levels of the business.
Minimum of 7 years of solid SAP BASIS experience and currently working in an architect role, consulting or permanent.
Must have worked on at least 2 full implementation lifecycle projects.
In addition to ECC the candidate must also have BASIS related and proven experience in SCM, BI/BW, PI, Portals, GRC AC and Solution Manager.
Strong documentation skills.
Up-to-date with industry standards and technology trends.
Understanding of business processes.
Desired Characteristics:
Knowledge of Business Objects suite including GTS.
SAP certification
ITILv3 Foundation Certified
ABAP Programming knowledge
Data Archiving, Data Migration
Green Belt or Black Belt certified
Location: Hyderabad / Banglaore
Candidates must confirm their willingness to work in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
