Job Descrpition: 

* Very Good documentation skills, 
* 4 to 6 years hand-on experience in Data Protector and additional knowledge on, NetApp/XP/EVA/ Backup Exec, CommVault, Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) / EMC & Netback up 
* Good understanding of Enterprise backup tools [DP, Netbackup], 
* Analytical problem-solving skills, over all idea on enterprise backups, Service oriented behavior and communication, 
* Language: fluent in English, 
* Good communication: demonstrate understanding of high levels of customer care, 
* Flexible on work timings, 
* Strong consulting skills, flexibility and resourcefulness, 
* Show strong service and customer commitment, 
* Good teamwork with other partners, 
* Ability to solve technical problems at all levels
