Job Role      : Associate Software Engineer/ Process Trainees

Qualification :  Any Graduate

Candidate Profile:

• Engineering Graduates in (CSE , IS , IT, S/W  , ECE, EEE) from reputed Engineering Colleges and who are 2013 /2014 Pass outs.
• MCA: with B.Sc/BCA/B.Com/BA (with IT/Math/ Statistics Background)
• Non Engineering Graduates in (CS, IT, Information Science, S/W , BCA, BIT, BCM)
• Consistent academic record of an aggregate/average of 60% or above in Class 10, 12, Diploma,
• Graduation (all semesters), PG (all semesters) as applicable.
•  No exceptions to the 60% or above criteria to be made for Class 10, 12, Diploma, Graduation (in case of PG candidates).
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Willing to work across operational locations.
• Open to work in Night Shifts.
• 24*7 work environment.
• Trained in Java/Dot Net.

Salary:

• Engineering & MCA Graduates:
  • Grade / Designation: A0 / Associate Software Engineer
  • CTC – 2.75 lpa /-
  • Service Agreement – 2 years
• Non Engineering Graduates (B.Sc /BCA):
  • Grade / Designation: B10 / Process Trainees
  • CTC – 1.85 lpa /-
  • Service Agreement – 1 years

   • English Comprehension
   • Logical Reasoning + Quantitative  Aptitude / Logical Reasoning
   • Computer Fundamentals
   • Java / Dot Net Module (to be selected by candidate)
