Job Description as below-
Position :- SAP PP – Sr. Consultant
Job Location :- Pune.
Experience :- 5 - 8 years.
Requirements:-
• Minimum 5 to 8 years with integrating SAP PP orders and production "Bills of Materials"(BOM's) with third party certified "Manufacturing Execution Systems" (MES).
• Strong experience in implementing/supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) with the emphasis on Master Planning, Capacity Planning, Shop floor control and MRP.
• Exposure to multiple production environments such as Make to Order, Make-to-stock, Engineer to order etc is preferred.
• Strong experience in implementing/supporting SAP material master's MRP settings, setting up and managing the following Bills of Materials (BOM's):
• Engineering BOM's
• Production BOM's
• Customer
• Order Specific BOM's
• Good experience on Variant configuration
• Good experience in implementing/supporting SAP production routings with integration to "Engineering Change Control" for routing changes
• Excellent understanding of integration with Finance and Product Costing
• Good knowledge and experience in understanding the product costing flow for both valuated and non-valuated project stock
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• B1 Visa added advantage
Responsibilities:-
• Gather the functional requirements from customers and on-site counterpart
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents /problems
• Ability to work from multiple ticket queues and adhere to problem and change management requirements
• Ability to communicate and work well in a cross-functional team environment and also in the offshore/onsite model
• Write and maintain Business process documentation
• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts
• After-hours coverage for critical issues as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to travel as per business needs
