Job Description	Job title Candidates for Application/Production Support requirement Candidates with Application Production Support/Maintenance experience with J2EE with STRUTS 2.0, SPRINGS, HIBERNATE Frameworks experience (as primary skills) can attend these interviews   Job Purpose This role is responsible for the maintenance, support, and operations of Production applications. These applications undergo multiple upgrades and enhancements throughout its life based on business and technical needs. The candidate should ensure a steady and healthy state of applications by diagnosing and resolving application issues and ensure optimal performance and usability for various system users. They should also provide root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.
Desired Profile	• J2EE with STRUTS 2.0, SPRINGS, HIBERNATE Frameworks  (primary skill) • Knowledge in writing SQL queries and database connectivity using Hibernate/JDBC is required ·         Knowledge of version control tools such as VSS is required • Strong software support and debug/troubleshooting skills, • Ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to the organization's use of the software applications   Interpersonal Skills • Effective working relationships with all functional units of the organization, • Working ability to effectively recognize and manage interpersonal communication needs, • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation, and • Able to work independently or as part of a team.   Communication Skills • Good communication skills; verbal, non-verbal and written; and ability to communication on all levels of the organization.
