Development Positions

1) Cloud Web 2.0 Developers (Position Code:CWBD)

· Excellent academic background from premium engineering college with an Engineering degree (B.E, B.Tech)

· 4-7 years total experience ; At least 3-5 years’ experience in Web 2.0 application development using Java

· Must have at least 2 years’ experience in developing applications for the cloud (like Amazon EC2).

· At least 2 years hands on experience with JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, JQuery; Only JSP/Servlets with Struts and HTML is NOT sufficient.

· Proven ability in writing REST based server side handlers

· Proven ability to build complex Web 2.0 based applications in a cloud deployment.

· Experience in SQL queries (MySQL, SQLServer) is a must; Any experience with query optimization and handling large volume data is highly desirable.

· Good experience in understanding complex business cases and user flows in any business application.

· Proven experience or strong desire to work in product development

· Must have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

2) Cloud Application Developers (Position Code:CABD)

· Excellent academic background from premium engineering college with an Engineering degree (B.E, B.Tech)

· 4-7 years total experience ; At least 3-5 years’ experience in building cloud scale application development using Java

· Must have at least 3 years’ experience in developing and deploying complex applications for the cloud (like Amazon EC2).

· Must have proven experience in performance tuning and scaling cloud based applications (horizontally and vertically)

· Must have proven experience in OOAD

· Experience in SQL queries (MySQL, SQLServer) is a must; Any experience with query optimization and handling large volume data is highly desirable.

· Good experience in understanding complex business cases and user flows in any business application.

· Proven experience or strong desire to work in product development

· Must have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

QA Positions

1) Performance Test Engineer (Position Code:PERF)

Requirements:

4-5 years of full time experience in Performance Testing
Should be proficient with one of the Databases (MSSQL/MySQL)
Coding and tool development experience in at least one of scripting languages (Perl/Python/Shell /Java)
Hands-on experience with well known or home grown Performance test tools
A good knowledge of web servers, web based applications desired
Knowledge of Cloud technologies would be a big plus

Responsibilities:

End to end ownership of performance testing of a product
Understand the product internals and Identify performance bottlenecks within the product
Create Performance Test Strategy and Test Plan
Work with Dev team on Performance Tuning

2) Senior Test Engineer (Position Code:TEE)

· 3 to 5 yrs experience in Black box testing, preferred candidates from product testing

· Should be strong at evaluating project requirements and designing test scenarios & procedures

· Database testing (MS SQL Server, MySQL) skills is a must

· Understands the software QA methodology, done multi platform testing, knows product release management procedures

· Experience with SQL/Oracle databases

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Knowledge of scripting languages would be a plus

3) Senior Test Engineer (Position Code TSOA)

· 3 to 5 yrs experience in Black box testing, preferred candidates from product testing

· Strong hands-on experience with SOA Testing or Web Services Testing
