Job Description:- 

 Primary DBA accountability for the databases 
 Effective troubleshooting and resolution of performance issues on SQL Server databases 
 Database consultancy to application development 
 Production support of SQL databases 
 Delivery of critical migration projects from SQL 2000/2005 to SQL Server 2008 
 Duration of the outage due to performance issues 
 Customer satisfaction survey 
 Volume of change and incident requests. 
 Successful migration and no post migration issues 

Technical Skills/ Knowledge 
SQL Server database administration for Version 2005 , 2008 
SQL Server Replication administration 
SQL Server performance tuning 
SQL query Tuning
