1	Tech Support	• Experience in developing applications in C++, Java or C# • Strong Experience in at least one database • Should be JLPT - 2 Certified (Japanese Language Proficiency Test - Level 2) • Knowledge/experience with ODBC/JDBC/ADO.Net is desired	3.5 - 6 years	1
2	Product Ops - Platform	• Strong knowledge of Java with 3+ year working on large Java projects • Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux with good debugging skills Working knowledge of one or more Application Servers (jBoss, WebSphere, Weblogic, Pramati, TomCat) •  Good hands on about scripting, like perl , shell and batch scripting.	3.5 - 5.5 years	1
3	Product Ops	• Excellent understanding of software development processes and lifecycle especially with regarding to SaaS delivery. • Prior experience in cloud application deployment and operations • In-depth knowledge of Linux system admin and network infrastructure management with excellent scripting experience. Additional language such as Ruby, Chef or Puppet is a plus. • Prior experience working with Amazon AWS/EC2 or other cloud service provider and/or cloud lifecycle management is a strong plus • Experience with virtualization technology such as VMWare is desired.	4 - 8 years	1
4	Knowledge Services	·   Experience in Plan, research, and develop user documentation and on-line help to support product releases ·   Superior communication and interpersonal skills ·   Familiarity with tasks-based documentation methodologies is highly desirable i.e., DITA/XML ·   Familiarity with Eclipse Help is a plus, but not required ·   Familiarity with content management and versioning tools, is a plus, but not required ·   A fundamental understanding of  Java or C++ programming is desirable, but not required	4 - 6 years	1
