EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: 

Educational / Professional Qualification (Preferable)        : BE / B.Tech/ MCA/MBA 
Experience level                                          : 5 - 10 Years 

1. Siebel EAI 

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Required Professionals in Siebel like configuration, Workflows, Siebel EAI with additional skills or knowledge of CRM Desktop/Siebel Data Quality/Open UI/Email Response etc
• Role would require performing fit gap analysis and translating requirements into high level design/LLD and then build/test
• Must have experience in end to end Siebel implementation/upgrade projects
• Should have good communication skills

2. Siebel EIM 

Mandatory Technical skills:

• Expertise in Siebel EIM process design, build and test for data migration from legacy systems or batch data changes.
• Additional skill of Siebel EAI / WF/Scripting/Product config /Open UI
• Experience in Siebel Marketing and Sales module would be preferable
• Should have good communication skills
