Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Technical Lead with minimum 7-11 years of Strong Development background (Preferably end to end implementation and having good exposure to SDLC)
- Should be excellent & expert in Core Java & following associated Technologies
- Server Side:Spring MVC,Spring Core,JPA,Spring Data,Strong knowledge on JMS,JTA,Design Patterns,Hibernate,Web Services JMS
- Web Based:Json,Ajax,Jquery,Jquery,
any other test framework,Jdgrid/any other widgets,Advanced Java Script,Any JavaScript MVC framework - Familiarity with Design principles and Solution Architecting is Mandatory.Should have steered atleast one project as Technical Lead
- Familiar with J2EE & Java patterns and UML modelling (i.e Enterprise Architect tool)
- Having Experience in the build tools like Ant and Maven
- Good Exposure to anyone Application Servers like Jboss/Websphere/Weblogic
- Experience in SCM processes using SVN,JIRA and continuous build tools like Hudson , cruise control etc
- Experience in performance Engineering & Monitoring tools for Java application (i.e jProfiler, jProbe)
- Java certification (if any)
- Good presentation skills (ability to articulate well)
- Should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Airline Domain Experience (Cargo) will be an Added Advantage
