Role: Project Manager (Bid Sales)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 10-12 years
Skills required:
· College Graduate w/ 4 year degree - Business, project management, process engineering, MBA preferred.
· PMP certification.
· Minimum of 3 years Consulting project management experience for full life cycle ERP software implementation projects with 3M – 5M USD of annual consulting services revenue.
· Track record of success as a project manager including proven record of execution to time and budget.
· Hands on project management responsibility for scope, financial, risk and work management.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in large scale ERP implementations in software consulting services using a structured methodology.
· Experience with bid preparation and project management tools and processes.
· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of ICS (bid Solution Architect to Executive VP).
· Strategic and tactical thinking.
· Experience in writing customer proposals for consulting services implementation projects.
· Experience in writing Statements of Work for consulting services implementation projects.
· Experience in developing work effort estimates.
