SME/Technical Specialist - SOA-Governance (IBM-WSRR)

Role is a key technical role in the SOA-Governance discipline. This role has a deep technical understanding of the IBM SOA-Technologies (IBM WebSphere Registry & Repository, IT-CAM for SOA, WebSphere DataPower, WebSphere MessageBroker, RSA). The role integrates all these technologies within WSRR in order to provide with a Development and RunTime View of the SOA-Services landscape (Monitoring and Reporting of Services). This enable the SOA-Landscape in order manage the lifecycle of SOA-Services (Governance). This role is responsible for the technical SOA-Governance and Services Life Cycle Management.

SME/Technical Specialist - WebSphere DataPower

Role is a key technical role in the SOA-Integration discipline. This role has a deep technical understanding of the IBM SOA-Technologies (IT-CAM for SOA, WebSphere DataPower, WebSphere MessageBroker). The role is responsible for the technical implementation of the architecture of the WebSphere DataPower technologies (architecture design, topology, development architecture, deployment architecture, clustering, technical roadmap, upgrade path, etc.). This role provide the technical leadership and 'know how'  around this technology and creates a point of technical ownership for the technology.

SME/Technical Specialist - WebSphere Process Server (WPS)

Role is a key technical role in the SOA-Integration discipline. This role has a deep technical understanding of the IBM SOA-Technologies (WebSphere Process Server and surrounding toolsets e.g. WebSphere Integrated Designer). The role is responsible for the technical roadmap and architecture of WebSphere Process Server (WPS) technologies (architecture design, topology, deployment, clustering, technical roadmap, upgrade path, etc.). This role provide the technical leadership and 'know how'  around this technology and creates a point of technical ownership for the technology.

SME/Technical Specialist - IBM-RSA-Tooling

Role is a key technical role in the Composite COE-Development discipline. This role has a deep technical understanding of the IBM Rational-Technologies (Rational Tool Concert). The role is responsible for the technical roadmap and architecture of Rational technologies (architecture design, topology, deployment architecture, clustering, technical roadmap, upgrade path, etc.). This role provide the technical leadership and 'know how'  around this technology and creates a point of technical ownership for the technology. It is especially important to assist with the provisioning of the design and implementation of the source code repository of technical artifacts for the Java, SOA, BPM and ECM project delivery domains..

Technical Specialist - IBM-SOA Technologies

This role is responsible for the overall Integration Architecture from a technical perspective. It lays an important role in glueing the Integration landscape together from an architectural perspective. The role has a good technical understanding of the IBM SOA-Technologies (DataPower, MessageBroker, WSRR, iT-CAM, Process Server) in terms of technical capabilities. The role will provide the technical  Integration Architecture and Roadmap, in conjunction with the deep technical specialists in the Integration capability domain.

Technical Specialist - IBM WebSphere Business Rules

Role is a key technical role in the Business Process Management discipline. This role has a deep technical understanding of the IBM WebSphere Operatonal Decision Manager (WODM) (Decision & Events Server and surrounding Toolsets/Disciplines e.g. Rules Engine, Rules Design, Versioning strategies, Change Control, etc.). The role is responsible for the technical roadmap and architecture of WebSphere Operational Decision Manager (WODM) technologies (architecture design, development architecture, topology, deployment, clustering, technical roadmap, upgrade path, etc.). This role provide the technical leadership and 'know how'  around this technology and creates a point of technical ownership for the technology.

Technical Specialist - WebSphere Process Server (Lombardi Suite)

Role is a key technical role in the Business Process Management discipline. This role has a deep technical understanding of the IBM BPM-Technologies (WebSphere Process Server (Lombardi) and surrounding toolsets e.g. WebSphere Process Modeling Tools). The role is responsible for the technical roadmap and architecture of WebSphere Process Server (Lombardi) technologies (architecture design, development architecture, topology, deployment architecture, clustering, technical roadmap, upgrade path, etc.). This role provide the technical leadership and 'know how' to around this technology and creates a point of technical ownership for the technology.

Technical Specialist - Adobe eForms Foundation

Role is a key technical role in the ECM discipline. This role has a deep technical understanding of the Adobe Forms-Technologies (Adobe LifeCycle Server Foundation and surrounding/supporting toolsets). The role is responsible for the technical roadmap and architecture of Adobe Forms Technologies (architecture design, development architecture, topology, deployment architecture, clustering, technical roadmap, upgrade path, etc.). This role provide the technical leadership and 'know how'  around this technology and creates a point of technical ownership for the technology.

Senior Developer - IBM-Business Rules

This role has to assist the Technical Specialist (Rules Technologies) to develop and implement the technical foundation roadmap for the Business Rules Architecture. The role has deep technical understanding and 'know how' on rule technologies/rules engines, with experience in IBM WDOM/ILog as a preferred skill. The role will assist in developing and deploying the rules development artifacts, enablers, productivity tools, technical governance processes, etc. for the Delivery Project Resources to use in the construction of their Rule-based solutions. The role will provide "know how"-expertise to project delivery teams (training & job assistance).

Senior Process Developer - IBM Process Server (Lombardi)

This role has to assist the Technical Specialist (BPM Lombardi Technologies) to develop and implement the technical foundation roadmap. The role has deep technical understanding and 'know how' on business process engines (human centric) and related technologies, with experience in IBM Process Server (Lombardi) as a preferred skill. The role will assist in developing and deploying the BPM development artifacts, enablers, productivity tools, technical governance processes, etc. for the Delivery Project Resources to use in the construction of their BPM-based solutions.The role will provide "know how"-expertise to project delivery teams (training & job assistance).

Technical Specialist - WebSphere & Java Foundation

This role is a key enabler in many of  journeys ahead. We are making significant investments in Products, Services and Technologies that has Java at its base. In addition the Java workloads are predominantly executed on WebSphere Application Server technologies. Both these technologies (Java & WebSphere) will be key foundational architectures that requires a proper at architecture, sound foundation, technology deployments, application development frameworks, productivity enablers, specialised skills, technical cookbooks, patterns, application infrastructure, etc. The role will have deep technical experience and 'know how' in delivering these type of open source, organisation enablers in the past (especially in a Banking environment).

Senior Developer - Java Foundation

This  role has a deep, strong technical knowledge of the Java Language foundation and related technologies. This role will assist the Jave & WebSphere Technical specialist with the provisioning, assembling, development where required, etc. of the  Java Framework. This role will provide the Java Foundation Framework, Development enablers, supporting technology integration, Development productivity tools, cookbooks, etc. Iy includes the deployment and application build infrastructure required to deliver Java Applications/Components/Services.

Senior Developer - Java Foundation (Presentation)

This  role has a deep, strong technical knowledge of the Java Language foundation and related technologies, but will focus more on the Java Presentation capabilities (e.g. portlet development frameworks, REST, mobile enablers, etc.). This role will assist the Jave & WebSphere Technical specialist with the provisioning, assembling, development where required, etc. of the  Java Presentation/Channel Framework. This role will provide the Java Foundation Framework, Development enablers, supporting technology integration, Development productivity tools, cookbooks, etc. Iy includes the deployment and application build infrastructure required to deliver Java Presentation components/portlets.

Project Manager - COE

This role drives the Composite BPM/ECM/SOA solutions. The role focus on the BPM-Parts/Components of the end-to-end projects. The role involves the management of the BPM-Project SDLC, specific artifacts, development processes, business interactions (Process Modeling/User Requirements), etc. The role plays a leading role in the delivery of BPM-Solutions and comes with a proven track record in delivering BPM-Solutions.

BPM-Process Engineer

This role build the bridge between Group Technology and Business. It has significant interaction with business in assisting them with the definition of their requirements i.t.o business processes, identification, definition, optimisation, re-engineering, capturing of requirements through tools and best practices (process modeling). The role also bridge the gap between process management and the technology development teams. This is a new role and the encumbent will have to provide strong business and technical leadership in terms of the process domain to business and information technology resources, at all levels in the organisation.

BPM-Process Designer (IBM Process Server - Lombardi)

This role takes the business process requirements (process models) as defined by the Process Engineer, and models/captures the models on the IBM-Lombardi Product suite. He/she also augments the models with technology and services requirements as prescribed by the products (e.g. coaches/screens, reports, etc.). The role must have a good understanding of the IBM-Lombardi product, Process Modeling, BPMN2, with a proven track record.

BPM-Process Senior Developer (IBM Process Server - Lombardi)

This role augments the business processes as defined by the Process Designer and configure and develop/configure the required technical integration artifacts (e.g. Technical screen development, forms integration, linking to technical Web/REST services, security requirements, role integration, rule integration, process specifics, etc.). The role must have a sound knowledge of Java, web services, REST, web technologies and the IBM-Lombardi foundation.
