Zomato is hiring for its HR team! (1-3 years of HR experience, location Gurgaon)

Associate - Human Resources

Job description

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing end-to-end employee life cycle for multiple countries
Support the Country Heads with data analysis and reporting requirement
Prepare salary inputs for every payroll cycle
Interface with the payroll team and ensure timely payout of salaries
Help resolve employee issues with respect to leave, appraisal, salary etc
Maintain and update all the employee information for the designated countries
Carry out feedback and appraisals
Be the owner of all HR policies, documents, etc
Ensure smooth exit, conduct timely exit interviews and identify retention methods
Maintain an ‘open door’ policy in HR and be available to all employees for problems, queries, etc.
Requirements

Here’s what we are looking for:
1 - 3 years of work experience, of which at least 1 year has been spent in an HR generalist role
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Working knowledge of MS Office
Strong work ethics, the willingness to get your hands dirty and get stuff done
Required to interact effectively across levels with multicultural teams
Ability to work in dynamic work environment and multiple time zones
Self motivated with a strong sense of initiative and demonstrates the ability to function independently
Deal with ambiguity and changing deadlines

Bonus Point:
An MBA qualification is a plus
