• At least 7/8 years of Core Basis experience with expertise in SAP NW products ( ECC/BW/EP/SCM/PI/MDM/CE/BOBJ/CRM) 
• Good knowledge on Unix/Oracle Platform 
• Prior experience of leading Basis Team 
• Experience of the complex global transformation Implementation projects 
• Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies 
• Ability to communicate to both business and IT communities
