* Resource should have experience in Support and maintenance in 
SAP Basis. 

* The job profile pertains to landscape management and complete 
activities associated with SAP Basis and SAP Security (ABAP and JAVA stack, 
portal) inclusive of Refresh, Upgrade, System and User Administration. 
Knowledge of ECC (Both ABAP and Java Stack Administration), troubleshooting and resolving performance related issues, Java stack memory tuning and general administration tasks. 

* Experience in installation of SAP, refresh activity and upgrades 
(end to end) is preferable. 

* Knowledge in Solman is required 

* Should have worked in Role changes, New role creation etc. 

* Should have good experience in Upgrade activities
