• SAP OS/DB Migration (using MIGMON / DISTMON) 
• SAP Technical Upgrade + Unicode Conversion 
• Installation of SAP BO/BW, EP, N/W 7.2, SSO, Secuda, Technical BASIS BO Configuration 
• BASIS (day to day skills) 
• SOLMAN implementation 
• SAP DR implementation using ODG and log shipping"
