An ideal candidate will have a 3-8 Years hands-on experience for support in a Genesys production environment, in a role which involves good understanding of contact center architecture.
Technical Background:
Should have had previous Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
Genesys Routing/IRD/CC-Pulse/Integration/T-Server.
Should possess good Verbal and Written communication skills.
Additional skills: Avaya CM, Verint would be an added advantage
Educational qualification: BE Preferred. BCA, Diploma and B.SC candidates with demonstrated capability will be considered for this role.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Role:
