Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any graduate of BCA, BSc (Comp. Sci.), B.E. (Comp Sci./IT), B.Tech (Comp Sci.), MCA, MCM etc.
• Should have done a certified testing course.
• Should have fair knowledge on Web Application Testing.
• Should have the required knowledge on Bug Tracking, Test Case Management Tools.
• Able to write & Execute Test Cases
• Eagerness to learn.
• Should be aware of Agile Development Process & Scrums.
• Should be proficient in communication both written & verbal.

Primary Functions:

• Should possess a good knowledge & processes of Manual / Black Box Testing. 
• Should be aware of conducting software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments. 
• Should be aware of Selenium Tool. 
• Should have knowledge of Test Case Writing. 
• Defect/Bug Reporting using the appropriate, adaptability of using the customized tool. 
• Should have good knowledge of Bug Reporting & Test Case Writing. 
• Should posses a Team playing ability

Note:

• First 6 Months will be a Training Period and candidates will be offered a stipend during this period.
