We are looking for Technical Lead - SAP DS XI, for Bangalore location.
Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in BODS

Responsibilities & Key Result Areas:
1.Close Coordination with the customer and EDC Manager.
2.Assessing Technical Skill Set of Team Members and Distributing of tasks smartly among the team.
3.Providing Technical Assistance to support technical teams in troubleshooting the issues and for the development activities in Data Services
4.Proven Track Record in leading BODS technical teams of size around 10 members
5.Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in BODS
Competencies – Technical / Functional and Managerial
Experienced Data Services resource acquainted with the following components:
Expert in DS XI 4.0
Sound knowledge in Data Integrator transformations
Expert in SAP DS XI architecture and administration
Provided solutions and contributed in Solution designing for BODS applications
Strong database skills preferably DB2 , Oracle or SQL Server
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, complete tasks in timely and accurate manner with limited direction and guidance.
Strong Interpersonal Skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals, Critical thinking and Problem Solving
Should have strong experience in leading bigger teams in Support engagements.
Strong team management skills and leadership skills – has led teams of more than 10 developers
Excellent time management skills and ability to take responsibility for deliverables
