Winforms
Good understanding on OOPs concepts.
Oracle, PL/SQL, Crystal Reports
MVVP/MVP Patterns
Hands on developer
Good team player
WPF Development experience is highly preferable(1+).

Required Skills for JAVA resource: 2 positions

3+ years
B.Tech
Java Technologies Java, J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, Springs, JSF 
Excellent communications
